Students and staff were celebrating following another successful Ofsted Inspection visit. The College achieved a rating of ‘Good’ in November 2018.

Inspectors spent a week at the College observing lessons across all curriculum areas to judge the quality of teaching, learning and assessment, examination results, the effectiveness of leadership and management and the College’s success in preparing students for further study or employment.

Inspectors recognised that the College “successfully raise students’ aspirations” and “celebrate diversity very well”.

Staff “support [students] very effectively, both in and out of the classroom, and help them achieve”

“Students take pride in their work and develop the confidence, knowledge and skills that they need to progress to further and higher education, training or employment”
