Our broadest of science qualifications, Applied Science will allow you to explore all of the main sciences in detail. No one week is the same given the variety and range of scientific topics you will study. Taught by subject specialists, you will investigate, analyse and research key biology, chemistry and physics principles through laboratory-based practical's, supported self-study assignments and discussions that are based upon real health and environmental demands. You will develop skills in using the statistical and mathematical tools required for science and understand how to apply these alongside the learnt theory. Whilst being given the opportunity to visit and speak with employers and universities you will also be given support to access prestigious placements to further build on your foundations for the future. Your next decision is choosing whether to study a full programme of Applied Science or combining the Diploma with another subject of your choice to support your future aspirations .
