A New Space to Reflect, Reset and Thrive at Longley Park

As part of our Longley Fest celebrations this week, we were delighted to officially open our brand-new Wellbeing Garden; a peaceful outdoor space where students can reflect, reset, connect with others, or simply enjoy a calm environment to study and work.

The garden, alongside its stunning mural, has been brought to life thanks to the incredible support of volunteers from Plusnet Sheffield, who generously donated their time, skills and resources to create something truly special for our students.

💬 "Having access to a dedicated outdoor wellbeing space will make a real difference to our students. Whether they're taking a moment to recharge, having supportive conversations, or finding a quiet place to reflect, this garden creates an environment that promotes positive wellbeing and helps students feel their best."

💬 "It's amazing to have somewhere peaceful to go during the day. Sometimes you just need a quiet space to clear your head, catch up on work or spend time with friends. The garden feels really welcoming and I know lots of students will use it."

💬 "The Wellbeing Garden is an incredible addition to our campus and a fantastic example of what can be achieved when organisations come together to support young people. We are hugely grateful to Plusnet for their generosity, creativity and commitment in helping us create such a special space. This is just the beginning of what we hope will be a fantastic year of collaboration, and we're excited to continue working together on projects that will make a lasting difference for our students."

A huge thank you to everyone from Plusnet Sheffield who helped make this vision a reality. We can't wait to see students enjoying the space for years to come. 💚
