Sheffield City Council are excited to be hosting our next Preparing for Adulthood Info Event for families of young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in partnership with Sheffield’s Family Hubs.
The event will take place on Friday 10th May at 1pm until 3:30pm at Primrose Family Hub, 45 Creswick St, Sheffield, S6 2TN.
More events are in planning if you can’t make this session.
Families supporting young adults with SEND are welcome to attend and discuss how they can best prepare for the future. Guests will have the opportunity to speak with officers from a variety of services - from education and health to social care and transport – and have the chance to ask questions, access support and seek bespoke guidance for their situation.
