Some of the units include healthy lifestyles, communication and care services. This course is all about improving your confidence and personal skills. It is a personalised learning programme - which means that it is tailored to what you need in order to progress on to further training, employment or study.

What can I do next?
Students from this course have gone on to Level 2 courses including sports, art and design, media, business, health, childcare and science. Some students have then gone on to advanced study and to university. Other have chosen employment or apprenticeships.
